The early 1980s had brought an economic boom to Houston, with a wave of american workers migrating to join Houston’s thriving oil industry. It was quite simply a boomtown. In 1986, All-Tex Roofing recognized a critical gap within the industry to provide quality sheet metal products and services to the Houston area and All-Rite Sheet Metal was born. Larry Bailey was the first to lead of the business and in 1990, Don Walton, an experienced craftsman and project leader joined the business. In 1999, they purchased the business from All-Tex Roofing. In 2024, Rice University alumni and former Blue Origin employee, Bhavesh Gadhavi, acquired the business. Learn about Bhavesh’s unique story below.

Meet Our Leader

Bhavesh Gadhavi brings an unconventional path to the sheet metal industry. Before stepping into leadership at All-Rite Group, he spent his career testing rocket engines for Blue Origin in Van Horn, West Texas — work that demanded the same precision, discipline, and zero-tolerance-for-error mindset he now applies to running a fabrication business.

A mechanical engineer by training, Bhavesh always knew he had the drive to build something of his own. The question was how. That search led him to Rice University’s Online MBA program — a natural fit given Rice’s standing as the #1 school for entrepreneurship, and his own roots in Houston. Balancing coursework with long days testing rocket hardware, he built the business foundation that would eventually bring him to All-Rite Group.

Today, Bhavesh leads All-Rite’s strategic vision, operations, and continued growth, drawing on both his engineering background and his Rice MBA to manage the technical and business sides of the company in equal measure. His focus is on strong relationships — with customers, suppliers, and the team — and on the day-to-day operational discipline that keeps every project on time and on spec. He’s also active outside the company as a mentor, coaching fellow entrepreneurs through Al Danto’s business courses.

Under his leadership, All-Rite Group continues to honor its nearly four-decade legacy while investing in the strategies, people, and processes needed to grow. Quality, integrity, and innovation remain the standards behind every project — the same standards that have made All-Rite a trusted partner across the Houston area since 1986.
